공지 (Notice) – EAP 공인 (EAP Acknowledgement)

공지

조인트스템의 미국 내 환자들의 동정적 사용을 위해 지난 5월 29일 제출한 EAP 프로토콜이 6월 9일 FDA로 부터 공인(Acknowledgement)받았음을 알려드립니다.

FDA의 공인에 따라 프로토콜을 제출한 30일 이후부터 동정적 사용 신청을 할 수 있어 6월 28일 기 공지한 관련 싸이트를 통해 프로토콜을 등록할 것입니다.

Notice

We are pleased to inform you that the EAP (Expanded Access Program) protocol, submitted on May 29 for compassionate use of JointStem by patients in the U.S., was officially acknowledged by the FDA on June 9.

As per FDA requirements, compassionate use applications may be submitted starting 30 days after the date of the protocol submission. Accordingly, we will register the protocol online on June 28 via the previously announced site.
