Privacy Policy of NatureCell Co., Ltd.
NatureCell Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") places great importance on the protection of users' personal information and does its utmost to ensure that personal information provided to the Company online is protected while users use the Company's services.
1. Consent to Collection of Personal Information
The Company provides users with a procedure to click an 'Agree' or 'Cancel' button regarding the contents of the Company's Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. Clicking the 'Agree' button is considered consent to the collection of personal information.
2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Personal information refers to information about a living individual that can identify the individual through details such as name included in the information (including information that cannot identify a specific individual on its own but can easily be combined with other information to enable identification). The Company collects users' personal information through membership services to provide users with improved, high-quality services. The Company does not disclose users' personal information without their prior consent, and the collected information is used as follows. First, we can develop more useful services based on the personal information provided by users. When developing new services or expanding content, the Company can more efficiently determine the priority of services to be developed based on the personal information provided by existing users, and the Company can reasonably select and provide content that users will need. 3. Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection
The company receives essential information online from users when they use the customer consultation service to provide the service. Essential information required during customer consultations includes name and email address. Additionally, to provide high-quality service, we collect optional information such as phone numbers. In addition, we may selectively request the input of personal information for purposes such as statistical analysis or prize distribution during surveys or events. However, we do not collect sensitive personal information that raises concerns regarding the infringement of users' fundamental human rights (such as race and ethnicity, ideology and creed, place of origin and domicile, political orientation and criminal records, health status and sexual life, etc.). If it is absolutely necessary to collect such information, we will obtain the prior consent of users. Furthermore, under no circumstances will we use the information you provide for any purpose other than those disclosed to you in advance, nor will we leak it externally.
4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
While users use the services, the Company continuously retains users' personal information and uses it for service provision. If a member personally requests deletion, information will be completely deleted from the disk using a method that cannot be recovered. In principle, personal information is destroyed once the purpose of collection or provision has been achieved. However, the Company may retain member information for up to one year from the date of contract termination to prevent recurrence of fraudulent use by delinquent members. 5. Sharing and Provision of Collected Personal Information
The Company uses users' personal information within the scope notified in Section 2 and does not disclose users' personal information externally without prior consent. 7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives
For children under 14 years of age, legal representatives have the right to view or modify the child's personal information, and to withdraw consent for collection and use.

To provide customized services, the Company uses 'cookies' that store and retrieve users' information. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server operating the website to the user's computer browser, and are sometimes stored on the hard disk of the user's PC. 13. Obligation of Notice
